My name is Valentino Sanchez, founder of Roaring Lifestyle — a premium sports performance and wellness brand based in Ventura, California. I built Roaring Lifestyle to move away from average training and create a system focused on intentional development — where every movement, every drill, and every session has a purpose. I’ve worked with both youth and adults, and one thing stays consistent: results don’t come from doing more — they come from doing things correctly, consistently, and with structure.
